I advise organizations on creating more efficient supply chains, improving inventory management, and strengthening collaboration with suppliers by mutual exchange of relevant data insights. I help generate insights into productivity, inventory levels, lead times, transport flows, and cost structures. Also, I define relevant KPI's, build dashboards, reporting standards and forecasting models to improve delivery reliability and support informed decision-making. Additionally, I guide optimization initiatives such as warehouse (re)designs, the implementation of WMS systems, or the optimisation of logistics processes. Throughout each project, I manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder involvement, always with a strong focus on delivering tangible results.
