Over the years, I have supported organizations in a variety of directions ranging from energy consumption optimisation to designing smart grids and developing strategies to achieve CO₂ neutrality. I help making buildings, processes, and operations more sustainable. This includes both substantive and process-oriented guidance in company policy development, creating roadmaps, and connecting technical solutions to broader sustainability goals. The work often involves data analysis, building dashboards and analyzing environmental impact to enable data-driven decision-making. This can mean visualizing energy consumption data, simulating solar energy potential, or performing heat demand calculations. Also, help structure and guide projects from initiation to delivery, including the practical implementation of sustainability measures such as installing solar panels or heat pumps. Throughout each project, I focus on clear planning, effective stakeholder management, and achieving measurable results.
